Need to Return a Product?
No Problem! First, a couple of details about our returns process:
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Please have your Proof of Purchase/Receipt Ready. If you purchased from here on our website, we can look up your order.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

After working out a solution with one of our reps, they will provide you with detailed instructions on how/where to ship back your item.
They will also provide you with a RMA #.
Once we receive the item back, we'll inspect it and confirm your return has been received and if it has been approved.
Step 4:If all is as well, we'll issue you a full refund to your original payment method. This can sometimes takes up to 5-7 Business Days for credit cards (depending on the carrier)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Item with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- The amount of a partial refund is decided on a per case basis, and will be detailed in our communication with you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we'd be glad to assist you:
