We want you to love your Boompods gear — the sound, the style, and the vibe.
If something’s not quite right, no stress. We’ll help you get it sorted fast.


How It Works

Step 1 – Reach Out
Email us at 📧 customerservice@boompodsusa.com within 30 days of your purchase.
Our support team will help you find the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Step 2 – Get Your Return Instructions
Once we connect, we’ll send you easy return instructions and your unique RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Please don’t send items back without checking in first — we’ll point you to the right place.

Step 3 – Send It Back
To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • You’ll need your proof of purchase or order number.
    (If you ordered directly from our site, we can look it up for you.)

Step 4 – Refund or Exchange
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll confirm by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — usually within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank or card carrier).


A Few Notes

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items showing wear, damage, or missing parts not caused by us may qualify for a partial refund (we’ll let you know case by case).

  • Sale items aren’t eligible for refund.

If you haven’t seen your refund after a week, check with your bank or card provider — sometimes it takes a few extra beats to show up.


Exchanges

If your Boompod arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it with the same model — no hassle.
Just shoot us an email at customerservice@boompodsusa.com and we’ll handle the rest.
